- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup yogurt of your choice
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup preferably amber
- 1 very ripe banana
- Combine all ingredients and mix at high speed using a mixer, until mixture obtains a smooth texture.
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
