- 1 1/2 oz Clement VSOP Martinique Rhum
- 1 oz Pommeau
- 2 tbsp maple syrup preferably amber
- Half a fig, fresh or dried
- Combine Rhum, Pommeau and maple syrup in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Rub fig around rim of glass and place on top of drink.
