- 2 tablespoons raspberry coulis
- 1 fresh raspberry
- 3/4 cup Mousse des Bois
- Pour the raspberry coulis into a champagne flute.
- Add the whole raspberry.
- Very slowly, pour in the Mousse des Bois.
