Recipe — Peanut Butter and Maple Snow Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup maple sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut

Method

  1. In a casserole, combine butter, milk and maple sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Form little balls and roll them in the coconut, then place each on wax paper.
  3. Decorate with the tips of Christmas balls and ribbons.
