- 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
- 2 cups NAPSI-certified pure maple water
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 4 to 6 ice cubes from pure maple water
- Soak oatmeal in maple water for 5 minutes. Pour oatmeal and maple water mixture into a blender, add fruit and yogurt, then blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses, add maple water ice cubes and serve immediately.
