- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon anise seeds
- 1 teaspoon white pepper seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons maple chips
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Grind in a coffee grinder or using mortar and pestle for a few seconds.
- Makes a delicious barbecue seasoning for meat, sausage and fish.
