Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients, then chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

This sauce is perfect to dip in sushi or with tempura vegetables, crudités, meat or fish. It can even be used as a salad dressing.
