- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients, then chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
This sauce is perfect to dip in sushi or with tempura vegetables, crudités, meat or fish. It can even be used as a salad dressing.
