Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 5 ice cubes

Method

  1. In a blender, combine orange juice and maple syrup, then add a banana, finely chopped ginger, and 5 ice cubes before blending to your desired consistency.
