- Whole-wheat (or other flavour) tortilla
- Maple Mustard
- Sliced avocado
- Julienned red bell pepper
- Minced red onion
- Spread mustard on tortilla.
- Top with successive layers of avocado, bell pepper, onion and watercress.
- Roll up and refrigerate until serving time.
