- Whole-wheat (or other flavour) tortilla
- Romaine lettuce or arugula
- Sliced prosciutto
- Fig, cut into 4
- Julienned red bell pepper
- Spicy Maple Mayonnaise
- Spread mayo on tortilla.
- Top with successive layers of lettuce or arugula, prosciutto, fig and bell pepper.
- Roll up and refrigerate until serving time.
