Recipe — Hugo's Maple Recovery Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 dried figs
  • 1/2 cup quark
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed
  • 2 cups 1% milk or unsweetened original almond beverage
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Soak the figs in warm water for 1 hour.
  2. Remove figs from water. Discard water.
  3. Using a blender, purée the figs with all other ingredients until smooth.
