Maple-Ricotta-Raspberry Spread

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) ricotta (5%)
  • 10 fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) maple sugar
  • 1 thick slice of artisan bread or 2 slices of whole-grain bread


  1. Use a stick blender to purée the cheese, raspberries, and maple sugar.
  2. Toast the bread, spread it with the mixture, and enjoy!
