Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta (5%)
  • 10 fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons maple sugar
  • 1 thick slice of artisan bread or 2 slices of whole-grain bread

Method

  1. Use a stick blender to purée the cheese, raspberries, and maple sugar.
  2. Toast the bread, spread it with the mixture, and enjoy!
