Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • 3/4 cup pure pineapple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jug.
  2. Serve cool.
