  • 4 plain store bought waffles
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple butter
  • 4 slices of smoked ham
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves


  1. Toast waffles in a toaster. Spread half of the maple butter on the side of one waffle, and garnish with ham, some tomato slices and lettuce. Cover with another waffle and cut in two pieces. Repeat all steps to make other waffle-sandwich.
